1) General Policy

AKSHARDHAM RESIDENCY values transparency and fairness. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations will be processed.

2) Refund for Confirmed Allotment

  • Applicants whose allotment is not confirmed are eligible for a refund of the registration amount, as per project rules and timelines.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source or bank account details provided only after necessary verification.
  • No cash refunds will be made under any circumstances.

Refund initiation generally takes 3 to 7 working days after confirmation of allotment and submission of necessary documents.

3) Pre-Allotment Cancellations

  • If an applicant wishes to cancel before the allotment draw, the registration amount will be refunded after applicable deductions, if any.
  • Such cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@vrindavanjanawasyojana.org/

4) Post-Allotment Cancellations

  • Once an allotment is issued, cancellations will be governed by the terms mentioned in the allotment letter and prevailing project rules.
  • Deductions, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of the cancellation request.

5) Non-Refundable Cases

  • Failure to provide correct details or non-compliance with KYC requirements may result in forfeiture of the registration amount.
  • Any government fees, taxes, or statutory charges are non-refundable.

6) Processing Timeline

All valid refund requests will be processed within 3 to 7 working days. Actual credit to your account depends on the payment gateway and banking partner timelines.
